DHAKA: Investors witnessed minor fall in the benchmark indices of the country’s bourses on Wednesday.
The DSE board index shed over 16 points to stand at 4,294 at the close on the fourth trading day of the week.
Trade deals stood at 116,975 with transaction at Tk 4,637 million.
Of the issues traded, 145 advanced, 115 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
DELTALIFE topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 320 million having changed hands.
The other turnover leaders were GENNEXT, PTL, ARGONDENIM, FUWANGCER, GP, RNSPIN, MPETROLEUM, PADMAOIL and BDBUILDING.
Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8,415 by dropping over 29 points.
Out of the issues traded, 82 gained, 113 declined and 19 remained unchanged.
