DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Sunday.

 The broad index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, DSEX, shed over 18 points only to stand at 4,344 at the close on the first trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 43097 with volume of transactions at Tk 1499 million.

Of the issues traded, 63 advanced, 189 declined and 49 remained unchanged.

BEXIMCO topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 120 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were GP, LAFSURCEML, FARCHEM, OLYMPIC, SQURPHARMA, UNITEDAIR, SQUARETEXT, GENNEXT and PADMAOIL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8293 by dropping over 84 points. 

Out of the issues traded, 38 gained, 148 declined and 23 remained unchanged.
