DHAKA: Mobile operator Robi started providing its subscribers exclusive football news, score updates and various 3G contents just before the beginning of ‘greatest show of the earth’ FIFA World Cup.

Robi is providing the contents in association with Multisourcing Ltd., a leading mobile value added service provider, while Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is supporting them, a press release said on Wednesday.

It said that on the occasion, Mahmood Hassan Faisal, General Manager, Robi Axiata Limited and Tafsir M Awal, Managing Director, Multisourcing Ltd. met Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin, President of Bangladesh Football Federation and Tabith Awal, Vice President, Bangladesh Football Federation.

Among others, Md. Abu Nayeem Shohag, General Secretary, Bangladesh Football Federation, Rena Koster, Assistant Coach, Bangladesh National Football Team and Zakir Khan, Director, Multisourcing Ltd. were also present at that time.
