DHAKA: Kerry Kennedy, President of Robert F Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, said that Bangladesh is the biggest competitor of China.
She made the remark while addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Social Business Day as the keynote speaker at city’s Radisson Hotel on Saturday.
Yunus Centre organized the event for 5th time in the country with the theme of “We Are Not Job-Seekers, We Are Job-Givers -- Turning Unemployment into Entrepreneurship”.
Kerry Kennedy told there that Bangladesh give her always inspiration in spite the dream of United States of America.
“Bangladesh is leaving footprint of development in health and primary education,” she added with the hope of ‘the country would make far better than others’.
Earlier, Nobel laureate Economist Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus, during the inaugural of the Social Business Day, said there that if the country runs social business in full swing no one will remain unemployed here.
Sources told banglanews that there are 275 international participants from 31 countries among 1,000 participants.
