The agitated students have said they are not interested in holding a talk with the government to resolve the quota issue after the bloodstained incidents.

They said: “We will not hold any dialogue after the bloodstained incidents.”

Earlier, Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Haque said the government is ready to discuss the quota reform issue with the agitated students.

This afternoon, some coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement told the media and through their Facebook posts.

According to agitators, “The discussion could have taken place earlier. Discussion and killing mission don’t go together. We can’t stand on the dead bodies and sit in a discussion.”

Asif Mahmood, another coordinator of the student movement, posted on his Facebook wall that, “There is no dialogue with bullets. I'd rather die than mess with this blood!”

“What discussion after Standing on 12 corpses? There will be no dialogue with murderers. There will be no compromise with murderers," said Umama Fatima, student of Dhaka University, also one of the coordinator of the student movement.

Meanwhile, four persons were killed during a clash between quota protesters and police in Dhaka's Uttara today.

Besides, over 50 injured were rushed to Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital, and four among them were declared dead, said Mizanur Rahman, superintendent of the hospital.
