KUSHTIA: Miscreants blasted a cocktail near the residence of Kushtia Islamic University (IU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Abdul Hakim Sarker on Saturday night.
Witnesses said that a cocktail exploded in the area around 11:00am which created panic among locals.
Confirming the matter Officer-in-Charge of Islamic University Thana Shariful Islam Janak told banglanews, “Additional police forces were deployed in the area.”
