KHULNA: Khulna University of Engineering and Technology had been launched Bio Medical Engineering Department at graduate level.

University Grants Commission (UGC) recently gave the approval to open new department in the university.

Under electrical and electronic faculty, some 30 students will get the chance to study under the Bio Medical Engineering Department in session 2014-15.

The University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Alamgir told banglanews that adding new departments and seats step by step, the university is moving ahead.
