BARISAL: Dr M Muhsin Uddin, dean of the Arts and Humanities at Barisal University, resigned from his post on Wednesday.

Muhsin submitted his resignation letter to the university’s acting Treasurer Monirul Islam in the afternoon on the day.

Confirming the matter to banglanews at Wednesday night, Monirul said, “Dr Muhsin resigned showing personal grounds.”

“He (Muhsin) also resigned from the post of joint-convener at the university’s admission committee and from the post of chairman at English Department,” the acting treasurer added.
