RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY: A Mobile Court on Tuesday awarded one-year to Debashish Karmaker, a fourth-year student of Rajshahi University, for admission test forgery.

Besides, case will be filed with criminal court against two others admission seekers--Shahriar Shanto, hailed from Jaleshwaritala of Bogra district and Charchil Chakma, hailed from Khagrachari district, for the same allegations.

University Proctor Professor Tariqul Hasan, confirming the matter, said the trio was detained for the forgery in the admission test.

They had already been handed over to the Matihar Thana police custody, he added.
