DHAKA: The results of Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations would be published on December 28.
Education Ministry officials on Thursday said they sought time from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the publication of results on December 28 or 29.
Intra-board Coordination Committee president Dr Dilara Hafiz, also chairman of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, told banglanews that they took preparations to publish the results on December 28.
“The date would be finalized after the premier gives us time,” she added.
According to tradition, education minister along with chairmen of education boards hands over the results to the prime minister. Later, the ministry publishes the results in a press briefing.
A total of 20,90,692 students sat for JSC and JDC examinations this year.
