DHAKA: Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Friday assured the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinees and their guardians of holding no more than one test a day.

The minister said that two examinations will not be held in a day despite continues blockade and frequent hartal, enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance across the country.

Nurul Islam Nahid came up with the assurance while talking to the guardians after visiting the SSC examination Center at Motijheel Ideal School and College in the city in the morning.

The minister told guardians that tests will not be held separately in morning and afternoon and it is just rumour, do not pay heed to it.

Finishing the examinations, the results will be published accordingly, the minister assured the guardians.
