DHAKA: Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid will visit the temporary campus of the university in Dhanmondi (Road no 12/A, House no 44) in city on Sunday morning.
An education ministry press release said on Saturday.
The education ministry expected that activities of much-desired Islamic Arabic University will begin soon.
According to the release, the university will work with as many as 1,260 fazil and kamil madrassas in the country.
It further said that earlier in September, 2013, Jatiya Sangsad passed a law to establish the university, a long-cherished dream of country’s religious scholars.
