DHAKA: The admission test result of 'Gha' unit under the social science faculty of Dhaka University for 2015-16 session was published on Monday with 9.94 percent pass.

The results are available on www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd or via SMS from cellphones by typing DU GHA and roll number and sending it to 16321 from any operator.

DU vice-chancellor Dr AASM Arefin Siddique announced the result around 1:30pm on the day.

According to the results, a total of 6,171 students have been qualified for admission to honors courses under social science faculty at DU.

Earlier a total of 62,078 students took part in the admission test under ‘Gha’ unit for 1,465 seats in the faculty on November 6.

As many as 90,131 students applied against 1,465 seats this year.

The 120-mark MCQ test started at 87 centers in city, including 52 centers on DU campus, from 10:00am-11:00am on the day.
