RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY: The authority of Rajshahi University (RU) has cancelled the opportunity of taking part in the honors admission test for the second time.

RU Registrar Professor Entajul Haque told Banglanews that the decision was taken in an academic council’s meeting on Saturday afternoon.

Vice Chancellor Professor Muhammad Mizanuddin presided over the meeting.

Professor Entajul Haque also said that the decision will be effective from the 2016-17 Session onward.

“According to the decision, only the students, who have passed in 2016, will be able to appear in the admission tests,” he added.

Dean of Faculty of Business Studies Professor Dr. M Amzad Hossain said the decision was taken unanimously.
