PEC, JSC, JDC results handed over to PM

DHAKA: The results of Primary Education Completion (PEC), Ibtedayee, Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations have been handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday morning.

Chairmen of respective education boards handed over the results to the premier at her government residence, Ganabhaban, around 10:00am.

Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid and primary & mass education minister Mostafizur Rahman were present during the time.

After that, the prime minister inaugurated book festival 2016. she handed over a set of books each to three students of primary, three students of Ebtedayee, three students of secondary school and three others of Dakhil-level

Earlier, the Education minister and the primary & mass education minister handed over two sets of new book to the premier.  New book will be distributed among students on the first of New Year.

Later, Minister Mostafizur Rahman will publish the results of PSC in a press briefing at secretariat in city around 12:00pm while minister Nurul Islam Nahid will publish JSC and JDC results in a press briefing around 1:00pm.

After the press briefing, students will be able to learn their results through mobile phone and internet.

The sites where results of PSC and Ibtedayee will be available are: www.dpe.gov.bd and http://www.teletalk.com.bd.

Besides, the students can type DPE<>Thana/Upazila Code<>Roll<>2015 and send to 16222 to get the results of PSC.

Ibtedayee results can be get by typing EBT<>Thana/Upazila Code<>Roll<>2015 and send to 16222.

Students can get their JSC and JDC results from the site www.educationboardresults.gov.bd.

Besides, they can send SMS to 16222 by typing JSC/JDC<>First three letters of the board’s name<>Roll<>2015 from any mobile operator to know the results.
