DHAKA: Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid asked authorities to inform his ministry if any student remains absent from classes for 10 days at a stretch.
He made the remark while exchanging Eid greetings with ministry officials on Sunday (July 10) morning.
The minister also urged the teachers to monitor other activities of the students apart from study.
