DHAKA: Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Tuesday (July 12) said the government would increase surveillance measures at North South University (NSU).
The minister made the disclosure before holding a meeting with university grants commission (UGC) chairman Professor Abdul Mannan at his secretariat office in the morning.
The government took the decision as a number of students of NSU were found involved in the extremist activities in the country.
