DHAKA: Students will get their numbers along with GPA in Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations from now on.

The numbers of the subjects with MCQ, written and practical will be referred to the number sheet. Candidates will receive a separate GPA and numbers of each subject.

Inter-education board coordination sub-committee and the Dhaka Education Board chairman Professor Mahbubur Rahman made this disclosure at NAEM auditorium in city on Saturday (August 6).

He further said, “From now on, JSC and SSC examinations results will be announced with number as well as GPA. Following the students’ demand, the board has taken the decision”.

“Students will also learn the numbers online,” he added.

However, HSC examination results will be published on August 18.
