DU ‘Ka’ unit admission test Friday

DHAKA UNIVERSITY: The admission test for first year honors under ‘Ka’ unit of Dhaka University (DU) for 2016-17 session will be held on Friday morning (October 21).

DU Public Relations Office issued a press release in this regard on Thursday (October 20) adding that the examination will start at 10:00am.

A total of 90,427 students applied against 1,745 seats of the unit this year. The test will be held at 87 centers altogether in and outsides of campus.

Admission test centers for outside of DU campus area includes Leather Engineering and Technology Institute in Hazaribag, Home Economics College, Bangladesh University of Engineering and School and College, Begum Badarunnessa Govt. Girls College, Dr. Shahidullah College, Eden Girls College, Azimpur Govt. Girls school and college, Agrani School and college, Govt. Teachers Training College, Govt. Laboratory High School, Dhaka City College, Ideal College, New Model Degree college, Lalmatia Girls college, Lalmatia Girls High School, Mohammadpur Central College, Mohammadpur Model School and College, Willes Little Flower School and College, Shyddesshori Girls College, Notre Dame College, Motijheel Govt. Girls High School, Ideal School and College, Sheikh Borhanuddin Post Graduate College, Lalbag Model School and College, Dhaka Metropoliton Girls College, Ahmed Bwani Academy School and College, Segun Bagicha High School and Fazlul Huq Girls University College.

Students are not allowed to bring cell phones or any types of electronic devices in the examination hall. Mobile court will be set up there during the examination time.

The seat plan for the examination will be available on Dhaka University website admission.eis.du.ac.bd.
