DHAKA UNIVERSITY: Some 13.55 percent candidates of ‘Ka’ unit of Dhaka University (DU) 1st year honors for 2016-17 session have cleared the admission test.

DU VC professor AAMS Arefin Siddique officially published the results at university central admission office around 6:00pm Tuesday (October 25).

Detail is available at the university website admission.eis.du.ac.bd. The applicants will get the result through mobile phone, for that they have to type “DU KA” and sent to 16321.

Among 83,582 candidates, a total of 11,330 students cleared the examination for 1,745 seats in ‘Ka’ unit.

The passed students have to fill up the form between November 8 and November 21. The candidates with quota opportunity have to submit the form within November 3 in the Dean office.

Pro-VC professor Nasreen Ahmed and ‘Ka’ unit admission committee convener and Pharmacy Faculty Dean professor Dr Saiful Islam, among others, were present at the event.
