KU admission test from Nov 3

KHULNA: The admission test of Khulna University (KU) for first year honors students for 2016-17 session is scheduled to be held from November 3 to 5.

A meeting regarding the security and overall management of the upcoming test was held at university’s administration building on Thursday (October 27).

KU vice-chancellor Dr. Mohammad Fayekuzzaman chaired the meeting, attended by treasurer, dean, registrar, director of student affairs, provost, district administration and representatives of law enforcement agencies.

Several important decisions were also made in the discussion to ensure examination process fair and peaceful.

The decisions included that no examinee will be allowed to enter the examination halls with cell phones or any kind of electronic device. Students of science, engineering & technology and biology departments will be allowed to use calculator.

Additionally, police, DB, RAB and university’s BNCC members will be deployed to prevent any untoward situation.

Outside the campus, the test will also be held at KCC Women’s College (Rupsa), Reverend Polls and Hope Polytechnic & Technical Institute and Lions school & College in the district.
