DHAKA UNIVERSITY: Dhaka University has been recognized as one of the best 350 best universities of Asia, according to the Times Higher Education World University Ranking-2018.

The ranking was done by a London-based institution Times Higher Education. They sent a fax message congratulating DU vice-chancellor Dr. Md. Akhtaruzaman for this achievement. 

DU public relations office issued a press release in this regard on Tuesday (January 9).

According to the release, the list will be officially announced in the three-day long Asian Universities Summit-2018 scheduled to be held from February 5-7 in China where presidents and vice-chancellors of the ranked universities will be present.
