DHAKA: The High Court legalized a government policy to stop coaching business which was formulated in 2012.
An HC bench of Justice Sheikh Hasan Arif and Justice Rajik Al Jalil delivered the verdict after hearing separate writ petitions on Thursday (February 7).
Khurshid Alam Khan moved for Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) while Barrister Tania Amir stood for the petitioners and Deputy Attorney General Mokhlesur Rahman represented the state.
