GAZIPUR: National University (NU) authorities suspended all examinations slated for Sunday (May 5) due to unavoidable reasons. 

The decision was confirmed in a press release, signed by NU Exam Controller (Acting) Badruzzaman, on Saturday (May 4). 

New schedule for the exams slated for May 5 will be announced later, it said.

Schedule for the exams of other dates will remain unchanged, added the release.

However, NU authorities postponed the exams of May 4 due to cyclonic storm Fani.
