DHAKA: The government has nationalised two more colleges as part of expansion of education across the country.

The colleges are Laxmichhari College in Laxmichhari Upazila of Khagrachari district and Bangabandhu Degree College in Kazipur Upazila of Sirajganj District.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education on Tuesday (July 23) issued an order in this regard, according to an official release.
 
Earlier August 12, 2018, the government nationalised 271 colleges across the country.
