Since 2011, World Education Summits have witnessed the confluence of decision makers, influential experts and practitioners linked to education sector from across the world.
The summit aims to explore groundbreaking innovations and encourage steps to ensure significant improvements in the global education sector. The event took place at Bombay Exhibition Centre in India in November, 2019.
At the event, more than 500 schools and over 350 Higher Educational Institutes participated. More than fifty government dignitaries were present at the event.
Mr. Mohammad AnisurRahaman, the CEO and Head of School of Averroes International School in Dhaka, was one of the International speakers to the event. He spoke on the topic of joint decision-making with powerful school-parent relationship.
He stated: “Parents and teachers are the critical factors in the development of students. We should educate our parents and create a good rapport because they are the major stakeholders in student development.”
He also thanked our Government for what it is doing in developing in Bangladesh. It was determined that we need to invest more money and time for educational development. To face the challenges of the 21st century, we need to train our teachers in a more efficient way and the curriculum has to be updated.
