ULAB Hult Prize has organized a virtual opening ceremony on Saturday (Feb 12).
The purpose of arranging this session is mostly to engage all the students of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) with this international business competition and to clear out all the queries of students about the Hult Prize Competition. ULAB’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Imran Rahman, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
In the speech of the Chief Guest, Professor Imran Rahman presented the importance of exploration and how participating in different types of activities can help an individual to gain experiences in life.
All the respected faculties and previous years’ executives shared their experiences and the values of participating in an international business competition like the Hult Prize. Moreover, everyone highly encouraged the students of ULAB to participate in the Hult Prize at ULAB and present their unique business model to everyone.
This year’s Campus Director, Abdullah Sorowar Alif answers numerous questions from the participants to make them clear about all the confusion they had previously regarding the Hult Prize Competition.
With a $1,000,000 global startup prize, the Hult Prize has introduced impact focused programs and training to over a million students globally, creating a pathway for youth everywhere to build a better world. Each year, tens of thousands of college and university students from 100+ countries participate in the Hult Prize and since its inception; participants have represented 2,000+ institutions of higher education. The registration process is currently ongoing and will be open until 15th February 2022.
The Advisor of Hult Prize at ULAB 2022, Moinak Kanungo, Assistant Professor & Director of MBA Program, Asif Uddin Ahmed, Senior Lecturer and EMBA Program Coordinator N M Baki Billah participated in the event. The event was also participated by the previous Executive Committee Members Shakiba HossanT anha, AshimKhandker, Mohd. Farhad Hossain Fahad, SM NazmusSakib and SamiulShahid among others.
