Exams for the Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) are less likely to be held this year, said Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Dhaka Education Board Chairman.
Tapan Kumar Sarkar on Sunday (May 29) said to the media that Overall, conducting test will be very difficult this year, so the chance of exam is less.
He said “if the government decides to hold the JSC-JDC examination, we will take the necessary steps to conduct it".
The students will be given certificate upon class assessment. However, this certificate can be useful for students, added Kumar.
The two major public examinations---SSC and HSC--- are scheduled to be held on June 19 and August 22 respectively.
