Bangladesh Army was deployed on Friday (June 18) to manage the heavy flooding in Sylhet district.
The deployment comes following a request from the civil administration, ISPR said this morning.
Meanwhile, floods ravaging Sylhet, Sunamganj and Kurigram districts worsened as water levels of the region’s rivers rose further due to heavy downpour and onrush of hilly water triggering immense suffering
