Valiant freedom fighter, also an actor-producer-director Sohel Rana, has been admitted to a hospital in the capital again with a severe urinary infection.
The actor, recently, returned home from Singapore after receiving treatment in Mount Elizabeth Hospitals for eye complications.
Mashroor Parvez, the only son of Sohel Rana, said “Returning home from Singapore, my father has now been suffering from severe urinary infection. Informed, many colleagues and well-wishers of my father are coming to the hospital to visit him. He feels happy to see his colleagues. We are requesting all to pray for my father.”
On October 19, surgery was conducted on his eyes. Since his operation was not successful, Sohel Rana was shifted to Singapore on October 30.
Earlier at the beginning of the year, the actor had also been admitted to a hospital with coronavirus for 15 days.
He was last seen in a film titled ‘Prem Kahini’. Sohel Rana starrer another film titled ‘The Going Home’ directed by his son Mashroor Parvez is likely to be released on December 30.
