Jaya Ahsan is a popular film actor in the country. The artiste, who has also won the hearts of millions in Tollywood with her acting style, has been giving good news one after another.
Jaya Ahsan-starrer film ‘Fereshte’ was screened at the recently concluded Dhaka International Film Festival (DIFF). A few days before DIFF, the movie was also screened at the 54th Goa International Film Festival.
The International Fajr Film Festival, one of the world’s popular film festivals, is going on in Tehran, Iran. The film “Fereshte” was shown at the 42nd edition of the festival on 1 February as the opening film. So, it can be said that through ‘Fereshte’, Jaya Ahsan did a hat-trick!
The film was screened to compete in the main category of Fajr Film Festival. “Fereshte” is competing with famous Iranian filmmakers for the Simurgh Award.
Besides Jaya Ahsan, Suman Farooq, Rikita Nandini Shimu, Shahiduzzaman Salim, Shahed Ali and many others have acted in the Iran-Bangladesh joint production movie.
The story of the movie is written by Mumit Al Rashid and the director of the movie Murtaza Atash Zamzam.
The movie “Fereshte” has been made based on human values and feelings. About the film Jaya Ahsan, one of the actresses in the film, told the media that
“The beauty of the social culture and customs of Bangladesh has been beautifully depicted by the filmmaker, which will greatly impress the film connoisseurs and viewers in the world”, Jaya Ahsan told the media about the film.
“The work was very challenging. The entire team including the director spoke in their native language. But films have no language. That’s why we all connected strangely with their team”, she added.
Suman Farooq, one of Jaya’s co-artistes in the film, said, “My film career is not too long. But since the beginning, I have been working hard. I believe that ‘Fereshte’ will win the hearts of the audience when it is released in the theatres.”
