DHAKA: Honduras beauty queen Maria Jose Alvarado, 19, and her sister Sofia Trinidad, 23, have been found dead.

Officials say, reports the BBC.

The two women went missing on Thursday, after they were spotted leaving a party in the Santa Barbara region.

Alvarado had been due to compete in the upcoming Miss World contest in London.

Four people, including Alvarado’s boyfriend, have been questioned over the disappearance.
