DHAKA: A mega international dance festival, with the participation of 500 artistes from 300 countries, will be held in Bangladesh.

The festival, first time of its kind, will be organized in November 2015.

Bangladesh Committee of Federation of International Dance Festival (FIDAF) informed the media at a press conference held in the city on Wednesday.

Member of Parliament Mohammad Faruk Khan and also FIDAF Bangladesh committee chairman, vice-chairman Laila Hasan, advisor Rahiza Khaman and FIDAF Congress Member Sajedur Rahman were among others at the conference.

The speakers informed the media that dance artistes of the participating countries will come under an umbrella.

They hope that audience will get an opportunity to enjoy dance performance of other countries.

The organizers will disclose in detail of the festival later.
