Set ‘Bangladesh’ as welcome tune

DHAKA: The mobile-phone users are getting the opportunity to use the song ‘Bangladesh’, which was prepared by banglanews24.com upholding the spirit of cricket world cup as well as inspiring the Bangladesh team, as their welcome tune.

With this initiative, users of Grameenphone, Robi, Airtel and TeleTalk can set the song as their caller tune from now on.

However, the song ‘Bangladesh’, written by Johny Hoque, head of entertainment of banglanews24.com and sang by SM Arfin Rumi (also the composer of the song) and Zakia Sultana Kornia, was released on January 18 ahead of the participation of Bangladesh Cricket Team in World Cup Cricket-2015, scheduled to begin from February 14.

Moreover, a good number of artistes, including Mosharraf Karim, Nusrat Imroz Tisha, Anisur Rahman Milon and Apu Biswas, have also taken part in music video of the song, directed by Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz, which is also available on YouTube.
