DHAKA: Star Cineplex has released a latest Hollywood movie for the Eid holidaymakers at its halls at Bashundhara City Shopping Mall in city’s Panthapath area.
It will also release another movie for Eid.
Action and adventure movie ‘The Legend of Tarzan’, was released on Friday (July 01) while animation, adventure and comedy movie ‘Ice Age; Collision Course’ will be released on July 8.
The Legend of Tarzan
It is a 2016 American action adventure film, is based on the fictional character created by Edgar Rice Burroughs.
Directed by David Yates and written by Adam Cozad and Craig Brewer, its cast comprises Alexander Skarsgard as the title character, Samuel L. Jackson, Margot Robbie, Djimon Hounsou, Jim Broadbent and Christoph Waltz.
The movie is being screened at 2:20pm and 7:20pm from Friday onwards.
Ice Age: Collision Course
It is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated family adventure film produced by Blue Sky Studios. It is the fifth installment in the Ice Age film series and a sequel to 2012’s ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’.
Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, Jennifer Lopez and Chris Wedge are set to reprise their roles from the previous installment.
The film will be screened at 10:50am, 2:10pm, 3:05pm and 7:20pm from July 08 onwards.
