DHAKA: Apu Biswas, a popular film actress of Bangladesh, has revealed an unprecedented and shocking story about her personal life claiming another popular film actor Shakib Khan as her husband and father of her 8 months old son.
In a live interview with private TV channel News24, Apu Biswas along with her son, said they got married on April 18 in 2008 at Shakib’s residence where members of both families were present.
Apu changed her name as ‘Apu Islam Khan’ during the marriage. Apu was abroad during her pregnancy and returned home after the baby had been born.
At some point Apu, bursting in tears, said, “But I have kept the marriage a secret for the betterment of Shakib’s carrier. This would’ve been a great story for a film. But it’s the story of my life.”
“I have sacrificed too much for Shakib and now at the verge of my patience. Shakib undermined my contribution in his life and insulted me. But I can’t bear it any more.”
“I am worried about my child’s future. I can’t ruin his life for the mistake I committed. Shakib gave us money but did not take responsibility of his son. Shakib did not give recognition to our son.”
