DHAKA: Bangladeshi singer Shwapnil Shojib and Kolkata’s veteran Rabindra Sangeet exponent Srabani Sen recently lent their voice to the celebrated Rabindra number ‘Aji Jhoro Jhoro’.
The song has been arranged with rejuvenated music to present a spellbinding listening feast to all the melody loving ears this Durga Puja.
Sounds of raindrops and thunderstorm have been incorporated in the music to make it more appalling with soothing romanticism.
Amzad Hossain has directed the music.
Video of the song stars model JS Heme and Shwapnil Shojib himself.
The video has been styled by Mahamudul Hasan, choreographed by Abu Nyeem and directed by Yamin Elan.
Video of “Aji Jhoro Jhoro” has been released on production house Dhooli’s YouTube channel on Wednesday (Oct 17).
However, with major concentration on Rabindra Sangeet, Shwapnil Shojib earlier earned recognition for his last duet “Khoyeri Bikel” with Indian singer Iman Chakraborty.
