DHAKA: Siam Ahmed isn't appearing in TV plays these days, after fastening his place in Dhallywood filmdom.

The 'Poramon 2' actor, however, hasn't stopped working in TV commercials.

He recently took part in the shooting for a soft drink TVC directed by renowned filmmaker Amitabh Reza Chowdhury.

The ad, also cast actor Jahid Hasan, will be on air shortly. 

Siam posted a shooting-time photo with the director on his Facebook account Wednesday (July 3).

"We're coming again. Just wait for the next blast,' he captioned. 

However, the actor is now busy in shooting for his latest film 'Shaan'.
