After all speculation, Bangladeshi actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila and Indian director Srijit Mukherji have tied the knot in Kolkata on Friday evening (December 6).

The wedding ceremony has taken place at Srijit’s residence in Kolkata at 7 pm. Afterwards, Srijit met journalists on ground floor of his residence.

At the time, Srijit said: “Since ceremony has taken place without any pomp and splendour, having only family members, that is why we did not allow anybody into upper floor. The formal program will take place in Kolkata on February 22 next year.”

He also said that he had not made any plans to go to Bangladesh as there is so much work at hand.

Srijit Mukherji is the most eligible bachelor in Tollywood. Both of them have been denying depth of relation more than friendship, but now speculation comes to an end.
