Actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second child, a boy, on Sunday morning. 

They have a 4-year-old son, Taimur, together. The actor delivered the baby at the Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai on Sunday morning at 9 am, Randhir Kapoor confirmed to Indian Express.
 
He said that both mom and the baby are doing fine and he will visit the hospital soon and meet with the new arrival. A statement from Saif and Kareena is awaited.

Congratulations for the couple started pouring in immediately with cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni taking to social media and writing, “Congratulations Bebo and Saif, it’s a boy!” Designer Manish Malhotra also shared a photo with Kareena and wished them on their second baby’s arrival.

Kareena had announced her pregnancy in August via her Instagram handle. Extending thanks to their well-wishers, Saif and Kareena had released a joint statement at the time, which read, “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family. Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support.”

Since the news of her delivery, Kareena’s family members and close friends from the industry have been sending their best wishes to the family and the newborn through heart-warming Instagram posts and stories.

Kareena Kapoor finished the shoot for Laal Singh Chaddha during pregnancy. She was also seen shooting for various brands she represents. Her Instagram handle stayed active as it gave insights into her work and personal life.
