One more dengue patient died and 15 people were hospitalized with infection in 24 hours till Saturday (April 29) morning.

In the 24 hours, ten dengue patient was admitted in Dhaka while five dengue patients was admitted outside the capital, said the DGHS release.

According to DGHS, this year till today 510 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals in Dhaka while 467 other patients are being treated in hospitals outside Dhaka.

Besides, this year a total 11 died from the mosquito-borne viral disease in Bangladesh till today.

Last year, a total 281 died from the mosquito-borne viral disease in Bangladesh.

However, 28,429 patients were admitted to different hospitals with dengue while 28,265 patients recovered in last year.
