DHAKA: North South Hospital has announced a 3-day cancer scanning program from aiming to provide quality medicare with minimum expenditure.
The program will remain open from 4:00pm to 8:00pm from October 26 to 28.
North South Hospital chief adviser and also former deputy speaker Colonel (retd) Shawkat Ali will inaugurate the event at the hospital auditorium on Babar Road in city’s Mohammadpur area at 4:00pm on Monday.
The inauguration will be followed by a discussion on ‘no fear about cancer’ to be attended by former state minister for local government Jahangir Kabir Nanak as chief guest and hospital advisor and also veteran freedom fighter Mazeda Shawkat Ali as special guest.
Cancer expert Dr Zillur Rahman will present keynote paper at the event to be presided over by hospital board of directors chairman Dr Khaled Shawkat Ali.
