DHAKA: Pathao launched Pathao Health, a new tool and set of resources to help people stay informed and take the proper steps in order to protect their health during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Pathao is working with partner health organizations like Digital Healthcare Solutions, Maya and Praava Health to offer these resources.
Pathao Health, available in the Pathao app, was created to enable access to trusted information and guidance at a time when Bangladesh is feeling the heavy burden of the public health crisis arising from COVID-19.
Our services and partners for Pathao health are as follows:
1) Connect users to a Coronavirus (COVID 19) Symptoms Checker, powered by Digital Healthcare Solutions
2) Provide personalized access to physical and mental health resources, through Maya
3) Facilitate video consultation and remote medical tests powered by Praava Health
4) On-demand medicine delivery by Pathao and 100+ pharmacies
A virtual opening ceremony was organized as the inaugural event of ‘Pathao Health’. In this virtual inaugural event Zunaid Ahmed Palak, Honorable State Minister, ICT Division, Anir Chowdhury, Policy Advisor, a2i, Hussain M Elius, Co-Founder & CEO, Pathao, Sajid Rahman, Co-Founder & CEO, Digital Healthcare Solutions, Dr. Tangina Sharmeen, Medical Team Lead, Maya, Sylvana Quader Sinha, Founder, Chairman, & CEO, Praava Health, Fahim Ahmed, CFO, Pathao, Ahmed Fahad, VP Product, Pathao were present.
