What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga is a tactical mixed martial art that combines boxing, judo, jujitsu, and aikido among others. Its origins can be traced to pre-World War II Czechoslovakia where a young Jewish athlete named Imi Lichtenfeld, a renowned boxer, wrestler and gymnast, organised a defence technique to keep the anti-Semitic and fascist groups from harassing his community.
