With summer at its peak, sending your child out to play in the sun is definitely not a good idea.
Instead, get your kid occupied with these interesting indoor activities.
Aerobic exercises
Put on peppy music and get your child to do some fun, aerobic indoor exercises.
Create an indoor fort
Spend a lazy afternoon with your kid, creating an indoor fort made up of blankets and pillows.
Design a treasure hunt
Choose some unusual spots around your house and hide some items for a treasure hunt. If child is too young to read, draw their sketches.
Have a family play date
If your kid's friends are out of town, have a family play date in the evenings. Get your partner involved too and spend time together playing board games or cooking interesting recipes.
