Getting your toddler to try different foods can be a challenge. Plus, bribing your picky eater can lead to unhealthy eating habits. Instead, try these ways:
Eat while hungry: A hungry kid is more likely to try different foods. So, avoid giving any snack before mealtimes and start your child's meal by introducing a new dish.
Try the two-bite rule: Convince your tot to at least take a bite of the food that is served, even if he/she doesn't finish it.
Have meals together: Most kids copy their parents and when they see their father or mother trying out a particular dish, they will be happy to try it too.
