This foot mask is made from ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, and it's the perfect excuse to sit back and put your feet up!
Happy Feet Repairing Mask
Ingredients
1 apple
2 tablespoons honey, warmed
1 teaspoon sour cream
Coconut oil
Preparation
Puree the apple, honey and sour cream until smooth. Apply the mask to your feet and wrap them in a towel. Put your feet up and relax for 20 minutes.
When your skin feels smooth and soft, rinse the mask off with warm water, dry your feet and apply some coconut oil to lock in the healing properties of the mask. The ingredients in this foot mask promote new skin growth and are incredibly hydrating.
