How much coconut oil you should have in a day?
Coconut oil is good for health, but that does not mean that you will have it as much as you want. In any case, coconut oil is 11 grams of saturated fat. As per a study, consuming 2 tablespoons or 30 ml of coconut oil in a day is enough. You can take up to 39 ml of oil depending on your calorie intake of the day.
