Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted that weather may remain dry for the next 24 hours from 9 am today (December 5).
According to BMD’s bulletin, weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining areas. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough up to Northeast Bay, it added.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from late night to early morning.
Night temperature may fall by 1-2 degrees Celsius and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
Country's maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 31.8 degrees Celsius jointly at Teknaf and Ambagan under Chattogram division and minimum temperature today was 12.0 degrees Celsius jointly at Badalgachhi and Tetulia.
