Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today (December 6) predicted that the weather will remain dry with a temporary partly cloudy sky across the country for the next 24 hours, beginning this morning.
According to BMD’s bulletin, light to moderate fog may occur in certain areas during the late night and early morning hours.
The bulletin also mentioned that the ridge of the sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and the surrounding regions, while the seasonal low lies over the South Bay, extending its trough to the Northeast Bay.
On Thursday, the country’s maximum temperature was recorded at 30.3°C in Teknaf, while the minimum temperature on Friday was 11.8°C in Dinajpur.
The BMD further noted that the night temperature could drop by 1-2°C, and the daytime temperature may decrease slightly across the country.
In Dhaka, the sun will set at 5:11pm today and rise at 6:29am tomorrow.
